After ruling by Permanent Court Of Arbitration on July 12 2016 that People Republic of China claim in South China Seas and its land reclamations are invalid, China Defense Minister ,Chang Wanguan has urged His Country Citizens to prepare for what he described as the people war at sea.  China has vowed to take all necessary steps to protect its sovereignty.
